Past Master Councilor's Meritorious Service Award Program

One of the most prestigious awards in all of DeMolay, the Past Master Councilor’s Meritorious Service Award, was designed by our founder “Dad” Frank S. Land. It is granted to a Master Councilor of a chapter who goes above and beyond to lead their chapter to success during his term. The award represents quality term planning, effective leadership, and outstanding character.

To be eligible for the award, the Master Councilor must successfully:

  • plan his full term before taking office,

  • his chapter must induct at least 6 new members,

  • the chapter must observe any obligatory days falling within his term of office,

  • be proficient in the Master Councilor part.

The Master Councilor must complete a report over the term and have it sent to the Executive Officer. The Executive Officer will then make a decision to award the PMC-MSA. The designate will receive the prestigious blue and gold PMC-MSA medal from DeMolay International, along with a certificate.

On behalf of Oklahoma DeMolay, the Master Councilor receiving his PMC-MSA will also receive his "PMC-MSA Club" red jacket (pictured above) along with his PMC-MSA medal, free of charge. By wearing the red jacket, the brother will receive the following privileges:

  1. Exclusive access to a PMC-MSA luncheon.

  2. Front of the line access at state events (after the ladies of course!)

People who already have their PMC-MSA are allowed to join the club, but must purchase their own jacket. Click here to be directed to the order page.

Don't miss your opportunity to be a part of the prestigious PMC-MSA club!
